Ibo and Gullusah

Kemal Sunal death but he lives in his movies.He has a magic and after his death Turkish people still watch his movies happily.he is really a great actor and we see him in a very wide typologies who permanently made us laugh and think. Ibo and Gulluşah is also one of his film.It tells us how nice and difficult to raise a child ,the meaning of being a parent . Ibo is a poor man and decide to suicide and goes to see side but meets with a baby left in a boat.he takes the baby,feeds her and a feeling between them occurs and an adventure starts.. .It is a nice emotional comedy and can be watch many times without any boring. Thank you.

Worth seeing for Patriotism

The year of this film shows as 1977, but cannot see any release date for the same, as it may not have been found worthy of a commercial release by any film distributor or exhibitor and this film seems to have been made especially for patriotic reasons, by its producer.

The production of this movie seems to coincide with the repatriation of Udham singh's remains in July 1974 to India, after they were exhumed and repatriated to India from Britain. Udham singh a/s Mohammad Singh Azad, was the one who had killed Michael O'Dwyer, who had ordered the massacre at Jallian wala bagh on April 13, 1919. He killed O'Dwyer after 21 years in London on 13 March 1940. The whole film mostly revolves around Udham Singh's life, with Jallianwala bagh as its background. As the film seems to be made for personal patriotic reasons, there is a lack in the direction of this film; the Producer, Director and the writer of this films is the same person Balraj Tah, who has not made or directed any other film, besides this one. Nevertheless, all his efforts need to be applauded on trying to preserve and perpetuate this important piece of Indian history, which remains the only reason to see this picture.

A beautiful and honest theme.

One thing to be praised about the movie is its simplicity. A harsh city, a kind hearted taxi driver. It is a depiction of events in the life of a person (who becomes a taxi driver), who came to the harsh city of Bombay in search of his love. He lives with a hope to find her. During this time there are series of events of which he becomes a part, telling about the different gray shades of life. He meets a girl who ran away from her house seeking for a bright career in singing. He helps the girl in becoming a singer. The movie is missing the package gloss that hollywood movies have. It is not technically well made but the flair is still very much there. The opening song "taxi taxi" is nice and peppy to listen. In all an honest theme.
